Augustina grew up in The Bronx, New York, where she learned the value of hard work and being honest with people. She graduated with Honors from Pace University in Westchester County, NY.
She is a Senior Real Estate Specialist and works with her team of experts in the field to provide the very best care and compassion to the Seniors that she serves.
She holds a Broker’s License for the State of Florida and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Sanibel/Captiva Board of Realtors, and the Ft. Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Estero and Cape Coral Multiple Listing Services. She holds certification as both a Sanibel and Captiva Island Specialist and an At Home with Diversity Specialist.
Augustina is rated among the Top 50 agents in her field in the Fort Myers Beach Area in 2019 and is among the Top Closing agents and Top Producing agents in August of 2020. She was also the recipient of the Platinum Circle of Excellence award in 2020.
Augustina holds a leadership position Master Networks The Visionary Circle chapter in Fort Myers and is Past President of the Fort Myers Innovative Networking Chapter. Having relationships with a multitude of business owners and service providers allows her to have access to providers of all fields with which to source for her customers.
She is a member of the Sanibel Chamber of Commerce, and she is an Ambassador in the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Augustina is a long-time volunteer for Special Olympics in NY. She has volunteered at Trailways Camp for adults with special needs in Southwest FLA last year and is looking forward to volunteering this year as well. She has volunteered for Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine as a buddy for the attendees for the past two years.
Augustina channels her passion for helping people through her church and her work and looks forward to continuing to serve her customers in all capacities.
